ORDERS & SHIPPING

Can I change my order?

  • Do email us at hello@tridecase.com within 24 hours and before we shipped the items. Indicate your order number & enquiries and we will attend to it asap.

Can I cancel my order?

  • You have 14 days from date of receipt to return the product in its original packaging conditions. However you will have to bear the cost of return shipping. Do email us at hello@tridecase.com before you return the items to us and we will try to resolve your issues as best as we can. Read about our returns and exchange policy here.

Do you offer free shipping?

  • We offer free shipping on all orders now! Parcel will be delivered by UPS Worldwide Express for international orders. Singapore orders will be shipped by J&T Express or Ninjavan.

When will I receive my products?

  • You will usually receive your products within 5 business days after receiving tracking info. However we seek your understanding that there may be delays due to the global pandemic situation.

I have added the wrong delivery address, what do I do?

  • Orders are usually packed and shipped within 48 hours. Please contact the shipping company immediately if the order has been shipped out. If we have not shipped your order yet, please send an email to hello@tridecase.com and we will resolve this asap.

Do you offer international shipping?

  • Yes, we deliver worldwide.

Can I track my order?

  • You will receive an email with your tracking link when your item is shipped.

From where do you send your products?

  • We ship all our products straight from Singapore.

What are the payment options?

  • You can checkout safely using PayPal, Apple Pay or any major credit cards.

    Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

    • Duties and taxes are paid by the customer separately depending on the country and their respective laws.

     

    PRODUCT

    Will I be able to wirelessly charge the Apple Watch within the Tride case?

    • Yes, wireless charging works with all cases installed.

    What wrist sizes does it fit?

    Measure your wrist circumference with a measuring tape. The approximate size options are listed below: 

    • 44mm models with bracelet options fit wrist sizes 13cm - 19cm.
    • 44mm models with strap options fit wrist sizes 15cm - 21cm.
    • 40mm models with bracelet options fit wrist sizes 12.5cm - 18.5cm.
    • 40mm models with strap options fit wrist sizes 14.5cm - 20.5cm.

    Generally bracelet options fit smaller wrist sizes and are suitable for women. (Yes, women can wear them too!) For larger wrist sizes it is recommended to opt for strap options. However if your wrist size sits between all the dimensions listed above, you can choose all the options available! 

    WARRANTY

    Do you offer warranty on the products?

    • All our products are covered under manufacturer's limited warranty for 1 year. Please read our Refund Policy for more info.

    What happens if the products are damaged upon arrival?

    We do take special care to inspect each product before packing, however if the products are damaged due to manufacturer's defects, we would be happy to exchange it for you. You have 14 days from date of receipt to return the product to us. However you will have to bear the cost of return shipping. Email us at hello@tridecase.com before you return the items and we will try to resolve your issues. We are unfortunately unable to accept returns on damages that are not due to manufacturer's defects.
